Here are some useful tools and tips.
URL Shortener Cutt.ly
There are several link shorteners (Google had one), Tinyurl is well known, some serve to monetize clicks, but I present Cutt.ly because it is useful for analyzing traffic statistics for your links. There are paid plans, but in the Free plan you can create personalized course links (with a keyword at the end of the URL) and see detailed click statistics, which is very useful.
This site audits sites, analyzes traffic and backlinks, includes paid plans, but on the link you can do a free analysis of your site (no login required).
I have been using this site for a few years, it is very useful to register copyrights for free, although it includes paid plans. In the free account you can register the rights of texts, books, websites, photographs, just mention the website link or upload the files, the website generates a code number for that registration and the date. That way, if you need to, you can prove that you are the author of the work.
You certainly know Google Translate, a useful tool for translations. I present to you LanguageTool which is a tool for grammatical revision (in Portuguese, English and several languages), you can try online to proofread your texts for free.
You can convert Word documents to PDF for free, and vice versa. PDF to Powerpoint, PDF to JPG, Excel to PDF among others.
Free tool to analyze your website optimization, keywords, broken links, HTML code, popularity, internal links, mobile compatibility etc.
